These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deskio AI, a conversational assistant platform built and operated by Zertix Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By registering a business or using our chat widget, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Deskio AI provides an AI-powered conversational assistant that businesses can embed on their website to answer customer questions, collect booking information, and generate leads. Responses are generated using AI models and our own predictive models; while we aim for accuracy, responses may occasionally be incorrect and should not be treated as professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

2. Business Accounts

When you register a business on Deskio AI, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (pricing, services, hours) and for how the assistant represents your business to your customers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Deskio AI to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate another business or person, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Data & Content

Conversations, bookings, and uploaded documents processed through your business account belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle this data.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Deskio AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deskio AI is provided "as is". Zertix Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed bookings or inaccurate AI-generated responses.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Deskio AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
